TipityScanner is operated by Tipity Labs and provides a curated directory of publicly available police, fire, EMS, and emergency scanner feeds sourced from third-party providers. TipityScanner does not operate any radio infrastructure or record any scanner audio. The Service is provided "as is" and may change or be discontinued at any time without notice.
You must be at least 13 years old to use TipityScanner. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

Important legal notice: Scanner audio is publicly broadcast radio traffic. Laws governing the receipt and use of scanner information vary by jurisdiction — for example, some states prohibit using scanner information to evade police. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of scanner content complies with all applicable laws in your location.
TipityScanner links to and embeds audio feeds from third-party providers (including Broadcastify and others). We have no control over those feeds and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, content, or legality. Feed availability may change without notice. Your use of embedded feeds is also subject to those providers' terms of service.
The TipityScanner name, branding, code, and design are owned by Tipity Labs. Scanner audio is publicly broadcast radio traffic. Feed metadata and provider assets belong to their respective owners. You may not reproduce or redistribute TipityScanner content without permission.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. SCANNER FEED AVAILABILITY DEPENDS ENTIRELY ON THIRD-PARTY UPTIME AND RADIO TRANSMISSION. TIPITY LABS MAKES NO WARRANTY REGARDING THE ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, COMPLETENESS, OR LEGALITY OF SCANNER AUDIO OR RELATED METADATA.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TIPITY LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY DECISIONS OR ACTIONS YOU TAKE BASED ON SCANNER INFORMATION.
We reserve the right to block access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violations of these Terms.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will update the Effective Date at the top.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pennsylvania.
